Chili Competition Heating Up…

Spotted on Facebook…

Spring Creek Cattle Co. has donated a pound of ground beef to give away at “Christmas In The Park”

“I for one want to win the chili contest. All of my ingredients were raised in Springville! Including the hamburger from Spring Creek Cattle Co.!”

~ Jackie Thompson

“I want you all to know that I am probably going to win the chili cook-off tomorrow night. My hamburger is from Spring Creek Cattle Co. (Thanks Stan and Ann) my veggies and juice are from my garden and Melvin Reeves’s garden…I shall call it Chili of Spring Creek! Bring it on Haley Holland! Your going down!”

~ Jackie Thompson

“The heat is on…I heard through the grapevine that Julia Reynolds, last year’s 3rd place winner already has her chili ready to go, she wants first place this year too! Then I was at Jay C and April Jones Fleetwood said her daddy was going to win with his chili… I getting a little nervous, this is my first attempt.”

~ Jackie Thompson

“The competition is heating up!”
